We take reasonable care to present accurate descriptions, images, availability and prices. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens or where handmade or natural materials are involved. Prices are shown in GBP and applicable charges are displayed before payment.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is accepted when we confirm it. Payment must be received before dispatch. We may cancel or refuse an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers normally have 14 days after receiving goods to notify us that they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return them. Items should be unused and returned with their original packaging where possible. Lawful exceptions may apply, including personalised goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
