OVERVIEW
We want you to be happy with your Drama Llama Vibes purchase. This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds and does not affect your statutory rights.

CHANGING YOUR MIND
For most online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Email info@dramallamafashionjewellery.co.uk with your name, order number and the items being returned.

RETURN CONDITION
Please take reasonable care of items and return them unused and with their original packaging where possible. We may make a lawful deduction if handling has reduced an item’s value.

EXCEPTIONS
Cancellation rights may not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods, or sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Wait for return confirmation before posting anything. Once authorised, send returns to: Drama Llama Vibes, Hawkstone, Marshfield Road, Castleton, Cardiff, CF3 2UW, United Kingdom. Include your order number and obtain proof of postage. Customers normally pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

REFUNDS
Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier. For an eligible cancellation of the whole order, the basic outbound delivery charge will also be refunded; additional costs for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Email us promptly with your order number, a description and photographs where helpful. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

EXCHANGES
Contact us before returning an item to check whether the replacement is available.

SALE ITEMS
Refunds for sale items are based on the price paid. Sale items retain the same statutory rights where faulty or not as described.
